Database Search
Every assignment automatically includes an exhaustive search of our nationwide
database. This identifies any relevant candidates throughout the UK who are
registered with us who are actively seeking alternative employment.

Networking
The selection process will be fully supported by a proactive networking effort. By
leveraging our extensive database of contacts we can identify people who may not
be suitable themselves but who can suggest individuals that we could approach.

Advertising
Advertising ensures we choose from the biggest pool of candidates possible. The
growth of internet recruitment advertising continues to grow at a phenomenal rate
and offers excellent additional exposure to a much greater market of candidates. If
need be we will advertise positions as a matter of course unless the assignment is
confidential in nature. We monitor, filter and respond to each individual response.

Branded Advertising
We are also happy to arrange specific advertisements that carry the brand of our
clients. These increase market awareness in the client as an attractive employer
and can help raise the client’s profile. We are happy to discuss and provide rates
for various publications and internet sites.

Psychometric Testing
We also offer sales orientated psychometric testing as a service to all of our clients.
We use different systems to benchmark candidates against other sales people as
well as personality, problem solving and adaptability testing.

 
BUT WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO...?

Here’s our standard framework:

  1. Establish a comprehensive brief.
  2. Book media (where applicable)
  3. Create advertisement (where applicable. Client has final sign off for any advertisement created specifically for their vacancies).
  4. Approach potential candidates from the database search, promoting the benefits of both the organisation and the role and persuading them to consider the position.
  5. Present and agree a shortlist of candidates including full CV and salary details supported by reports on each when required.
  6. Arrange shortlist interviews. We will arrange the shortlist interviews on your behalf. After you have interviewed the candidates we will gather feedback and present this to you as well as a full debriefing of how they felt about the role.
  7. Assist in the selection decision whenever possible taking all actions necessary to ensure the chosen candidate accepts your job offer and commences employment with the minimum of delay.
  8. Check references and qualifications for verification of the favoured candidates and to gain a broader picture of their strengths and weaknesses.
  9. Arrange for the rejection of all unsuccessful candidates at appropriate stages during the recruitment process. These will be handles promptly and professionally.
  10. Follow up at periodic intervals with yourself and the appointee to verify the success of the appointment.
